Default Skipping records in preview mode - 01-25-2007 , 02:13 PM

I have a database of around 250 names and addresses. Every few months,
we need to print a sheet of Avery 5160 labels for 23 of these records,
with the same name and address repeating on one entire sheet. I created
a layout that mimicks the label layout, with the name and address field
repeating 30 times on the layout. Looks great.

The problem is, when I find those 23 records and go to preview mode, it
shows the first record, then every alternate record, for a total of 12
pages. In other words, it prints the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, etc. record,
with the even-numbered records not to be seen. They are found in browse
mode, but disappear in preview mode.

My workaround is to print the 12 it's showing, then go back to the first
record in browse mode, omit it, then reprint the batch. Since the 2nd
record is now the first, it prints the records it missed the first time
around, but skipping the ones it printed the first time.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Lisa
