I want to have Server 8 Admin deposit its backups to a different drive.
Using a statement such as

filemac:/drivename/foldername/

The Server Admin gives a Valid Path indication when I enter the location.

But when I schedule a backup, I get:

Error 494 OHI_FMServerG4 Backup aborted. Invalid backup destination: "filemac:/drivename/foldername/ ".
And others...

Now, I have R/W access to the folder & I was able to create a file in that
folder.

Is this possibly an issue with who ADMIN runs as?

It's able to drop backups on the boot drive with no issues..
