Is it possible in FM8 to have a scrollable text box?
And if so, could you give me some advice please?

easy peasy:

Goto your layout. Goto layout mode. double click the field. The
field/control Setup window appears. Activate the first check box under
Control Style > Include verticall scroll bar.

If you had searched the helpfile with the word scroll, the third hit would
have explained this as well.
