Default Script step activate account - 05-24-2010 , 04:04 AM

Doesn't work for the Guest account, does it? My FMP 10 Adv reports an
error when I try "guest" or "[guest]".

Normally a blanc login would count as a guest.

if you want to re-login specifically as guest you have to define a new
account with the name guest. An account has to exist before you can use it.

I wanted to de-activate Filemaker's pre-defined Guest account by
script in order to help my users to do so when they start using my
multi-file solution.

I worked around this now and de-activated the guest account manually
in my solution and created a new account for the first login. Users
can now use my script to delete that if they want to.

The name of my pre-defined account is "lazy" to remind the users that
they haven't changed it yet :-)
