Is it possible for the screen on layouts NOT to fliker (flash)
when clicking on a layout ?

What do you mean, when exactly does it flicker or flash?

It -does- flash when you change from layout to different layout as it
redraws the whole window. But while on the same layout, it shouldn't
flash.

There are also some 'design' choices that do lead to more flicker-prone
layouts -- eg using container fields for layout graphical or background
elements.

I don't think we can solve this problem,, this is the way FM refreshes
entries,
even though no entry has been inputed...

I'm using databases for a long time ,,, but this thing is very annoying to
the user

Yes it flashes as it draws the new layout.

That doesn't happen for me.
