Hello, Apologies, the first post went out before I could finish it. If I run "Status Current System Version" from FMPro 5 in Windows XP, it returns "5.10" If I run it in Vista, it returns "6.0" Can any one say what that means? Does that effectively discriminate between those operating systems? Thanks, Bill On Apr 7, 8:30 pm, "bjay... (AT) montanaport (DOT) net" <bjay... (AT) montanaport (DOT) net wrote: Hello, |

It seems odd, as you say, but if I were you I wouldn't bother, if it works as it should. You know though, that FileMaker Inc has not yet - to my knowledge : I may be out of date - released fully FileMaker on Vista. See their site. Now, if you really wishes to go further to see if Vista miraculously made your v5 a v6, just look it it has the new features of v6, which I doubt. Remi-Noel |
