Could you pls clarify what you mean by reset or delete user? I did not
see this in the Mobile app. In the desktop app there is user: System or
Custom. I changed it from System (where the system name is different
than the Palm sync name) to custom and named it the same name as Palm
sync, and all is well (Palm Zire 71, FM Mobile 2.0.xx). I'm glad I read
your post! What I'm curious about is if any name change works, or if the
Palm Sync name and the FM name must be the same. thanks
