Hello- I have a database that contains 11,000 records, each with a container field holding a file. The files are txt, pdf, html, doc, etc. I want to export all of these files to disk, as the first step of a transition from storing the files in the database to storing just file references. I've written a simple script to loop through the records and call Export Field Contents for each record. However, every few hundred records, I will get the error: "FILENAME" could not be created on this disk. Use a different name, make more room on the disk, unlock it or use a different disk. The really strange thing is that this does not appear to be file specific. For example, file 224377 will throw the error, then if I rerun the script, that file will export fine and a different file (one that exported perfectly the first time) will throw the error. I am running Filemaker Pro 9 Advanced on Mac OS X 10.6. My database is hosted by Filemaker Server 9 on Windows Small Business Server 2003. I am exporting the files to a network share on the server. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you, Nate |
