Default problems in FM 10 pro adv. Win XP pro - 03-01-2010 , 05:36 AM






My layouts some times lose their color and sometimes display double
fields!!!!!

Especialy when a new window is created, the underliing layout is been
f...ed?

Any help?

This is not a known bug in FM10, so it's much more likely to be a bad
install of the app or a system problem.

1. Turn off hardware acceleration on your display.
2. Try removing and then reinstalling FM.
3. If the files you are using are older files converted from previous
versions of FM, try to see if this layout problem occurs in newly
created FM10 files. If it does not, your older files may be corrupted.
There's not much you can do about that. You would have to rebuild from
scratch.

However, this behavior is not a symptom of corruption I've ever seen or
heard about. I'm much more inclined to the above explanations. There's
something about what you describe that just says "graphics board
problem" to me.

does scrolling the window cause a redraw?

I have been getting window draw anomalies on a iMac27 in FM and OpenOffice
