"Month" Field in the Header section is populated from a value list.
Sub-sections set up by account. In Preview mode or when printed, It
displays on the first and third page only. All other sub totals, etc
correct.

Is the field right on the border of the previous/next layout part? If so
it might be getting associated with the wrong part, make sure its
entirely within the correct part (subsummary, body, header... whatever).

It is right in the center of the Header part. Same thing happens with
a plain text field inserted. Something to do with the header in a
layout with sub-sections? FM help does not support v5.5 so they were
useless.
