Our system admin recently had to change servers from Windows NT to Windows 2003. However, since moving our databases over to a folder called Fmpro on our new server I cannot see anything in it using Remote Admin. I'm trying to find a FMPro server manual in his office, however, any quick responses that could help alleviate this problem as to why I cannot see any of our files soon would be greatly appreciated. Basic setup: Windows 2003 FMServer 5.5 /{new_server}/Fmpro/{all our FMPro databases} Thank you for the assistance. - Teresa K. |

After getting directly on the server discovered that the folder he moved all the files into was on another directory and *NOT* in the Filemaker Pro Server folder. I created a shortcut from the folder holding all the transferred files under the FMPro Server directory and everything is working great. Oh, have to thank Paul Bruneau for an Aug 11 2002 post he had on the subject that helped (after I used the correct search criteria). Once I read about the need for the databases being directly in the folder containing the server, everything made sense as to where I needed to look. - TK Teresa K. wrote: Our system admin recently had to change servers from Windows NT to Windows 2003.
