Default Printing PDF - 05-29-2007 , 02:01 PM

V 8.5ADV Win XP, Arobat 6x

How do I script to print PDF so that the file name is determined at print
time... such as print a report with today's date as the filename (may 29
report.pdf).

Thanks

Set Variable
Save Records as PDF

Set the name as a script variable, using the full file path syntax as
would be used in defining a file reference, then Save Records as PDF
using the variable as the file name.

First one went without text. Let's try again....

Set Variable
Save Records to PDF

Set a variable to the name of the file you want to use. FULL PATH as
if you were defining a file reference.Save the records using that
variable as the file name.
