I am having a strange problem were all records are listed fine in browse view but in preview view the records are doubled with one blank record between every actual record. Also when I print I obviouly get what preview mode is showing with the exception that all print outs start from the first record no matter what page numbers specified in the print menu. Please help, I am stuck writting shippers by hand. |

You have some field or other data "outside the print area" somewhere. go to "layout" make sure you have the correct "print setup" (portrait or landscape) checked pull the bottom of the page up to the bottom of the letter or report you are printing. That's why you are seeing 2 pages for each record. |

I even draged a net across the entire space not included in the print area and deleted what ever might be there. I also moved the bottom of the page up to the print line. Nothing made a difference. I set the printer to print legal size then it showed the correct number of pages with no extra blank pages. But this can only be a temporary fix. Is it possible that my print set up is corrupted in some way? I was having problems with the page margins displaying incorrectly when I used a footer. |

You not only move the part TO the line. Thee actual page-line has to be crossed over to the top. The line should not be visible |
