Default [PR] New FileMaker Custom Software for FM 5-7 - 06-07-2005 , 02:01 PM

Daytona Beach, FL - June, 2005 - FMWebschool is proud to announce the
new version of FXForge 2.0 for FileMaker 5-7.
http://www.fxforge.net/specials.php as well as the new online forum at
www.fxforge.net

FMWebschool will be releasing their new version of FXForge 2.0 on
Tuesday June 14th. FXForge enables you to quickly and easily develop
custom FileMaker Pro websites. FXForge 2.0 works with FileMaker
versions 5-7.

FXForge utilizes a PHP class called FX.php that was written especially
for FileMaker by Chris Hansen. FXForge was created with FileMaker Pro
to facilitate web development in a familiar environment. FXForge
enables you to write FX.php code by just answering a few basic
questions in our site-building wizards reminiscent of HomePage.

Take a look at some of the new features and get special pricing at this
link! If you purchase FXForge 2.0 you will receive a copy of FXForge
1.0 immediately and then a copy of FXForge 2.0 on Tuesday.

Why should I use PHP? PHP is the number one scripting language for
web publishing, so it seemed a perfect fit to integrate it with the
number one Database Program. PHP is also known for its simplicity and
easy integration. FX.php is free and is aggressively supported by some
of the best developers in the industry. Who uses FX.php? Companies
such as the Discovery Channel, MTV, ServiceFinders, and government
agencies such as NASA use FX.php. Who are our biggest supporters?
Education. More and more school systems are turning to FX.php and PHP
not only to be used internally on the schools web site, but also as a
resource for teaching students the basics of web programming. Most web
programming jobs today require that the employee is well versed in, you
guessed it PHP.

Why do I need FXForge? Many individuals use FXForge as a way to get
started programming with FX.php. FXForge produces perfect code every
time, and many individuals enjoy studying and learning the code this
way. FXForge also trims down the time for site development by
producing code that would be extremely redundant. Errors are generally
made when there is a lot of repetition. FXForge enables you to create
perfect code, error free, over
and over again. FXForge is amazingly fast. Answer a few questions
using the FXForge wizards, and the pages will instantly be created for
you. You can even edit the pages in any text or web editor. FXForge
works equally well with Mac and PC.

What are some of the new features in version 2.0?

FMWebschool has always felt that it is integral to listen to the
FileMaker community to develop the resources that are needed. Most of
you asked for the following features, and we have gladly added these to
our latest release.

Built-in, enhanced error-capture saves you time and effort with
informative error descriptions so you can quickly and easily locate and
correct problems. Session Management gives you the ability to set and
retrieve session variables. New HTML editor with clickable color
picker enables you to quickly add background colors, text colors, table
row colors and more. FXForge 2.0 also gives you Professionally Designed
Templates. These artistic templates allow you to quickly get a head
start on development. We
are also including new help movies and a new users guide.

FMWebschool promotes a program that we call "CIP" which stands for
Constant Improvement Program. FMWebschool has created an online
support forum for FXForge, CAFEphp and FX.php at www.fxforge.net.
There are other great FX.php forums at: www.fmforums.com and at Chris
Hansen's website www.iviking.org. I encourage you to visit these
forums.

Yahoo itself) check out this link.
