Hey All, I was hoping some one here would help me with an odd problem. I have a repeating field, (text, indexed, repeating) that displays a number in row 7 (of 20) only when you select "find". It's not there at any other time. I have made sure it's not in the background. I have deleted the field and re-created it. I have deleted the dependent fields, and re-created them. I'm stuck. Is the find scripted? Is the value being set in the script? Typically |

Michael, Thanks for responding. A big AHA! It only occurs when I use the button I scripted to perform a "find"... Go to Layout [layout1] Show All Records Show Message [message] Enter Find Mode [Restore] Did I do this incorrectly? Your last script step "restores" the find request(s) that were most recently used when you created the script, which must have included a number in repetition number 7 of your field. If you want a blank find request when you run the script, just uncheck "Restore". "wesley" <pizamoto at yahoo dot com> wrote in message news:c6mdndmKvc5sWLOiXTWJiA (AT) speedfactory (DOT) net...
