Default Myob and Filemaker - 11-15-2006 , 11:35 PM

Hi Yall
Does anyone have an elegantly simple way of getting MYOB and Filemaker
Server 7 to talk to each other. Best case would then be to have my
website Xchange data too.
Thanks
Noel

Which platform? MYOB for Windows offers ODBC; the Mac version does not.

In any event, will you settle for not elegant? I've experienced nothing but
heartache trying to pull into MYOB on the Mac.

Widows and if not elegant is the best available then that's better than
nothing.

I can't remember if Server 7 handled ODBC, or if you had to move up to
something like Advanced. Now, you would need Filemaker Server Advanced 8.0
to handle ODBC. I've never used it with MYOB, but I have to hope it would
facilitate data exchange.
