When you have more columns in Excel than the page width can take, you
get more pages.

There's no way ot get FMP 10 to do the same thing in a list layout, is
there? The preview/print is simply cut off. I tried to lie to FMP and
pretend my pages were wider, but no joy.

Three ways:

- Turn the page to landscape.

- Make everything on the layout smaller to fit the page width
(or tell FileMaker the page is A3 sized and use the printer
options to scale it down to fit you printer's page size) ... you
can always enlarge it on a photocopier.

- Design your layout to use a second page (vertically) so that
once printed it can be sellotaped together just like the Excel
printed pages.

Technically there is a fourth way: buy an A3 or bigger printer.
