Migrating Database from FM 3.0 v1 to FM 5.0 - 06-13-2005 , 09:02 AM

The company I work have a old Mac version 7.6.1 running File Maker
Server 3.0 v1.

I will like to know if it's possible to Migrate the old data located
on a folder name (FM File) to a new server Running FM 5.0

Please help
