Does anyone know of a way, or a plugin, that can get the icon of a file into
a container field in a FM Pro database? This is for a document management
system.

You might, after running this tool on the appropriate folder, use the
Troi file plug-in to import the icons generated, into your FileMaker
solution. I think this will give you what you want.
