For some reason in one of ly layouts there are black lines separating
the parts, but there are not in other virtually identical views. I'm
sure this is something reallly simple I am missing. Thanks!

never used that) a black line is drawn between the Header and Body
parts and between the Footer and Body parts - this is because only the
Body part scrolls to allow the user to roll through the records being
browsed. There's no way to remove that black line.
