Default Keyboard Key Reassignment in Windows FM 6? - 02-23-2007 , 05:58 PM

Define a script and it automatically gets assigned to Control-1,
Control-2, etc. I would like to remap a couple of these to something
simpler such as F15 and F16 that can be painted bright colors that users
can see.

In MacOS X this is done in the Keyboard Shortcuts in Keyboard & Mouse
System Preferences panel. How would one do same with FM 6.0 under Windows?

This is not a filemaker related question, at least not for 6.0. There are
several third party packages that do this. My personal favorite is
AutoHotkey (AHK)

Not exactly.

The Keyboard & Mouse Pref Panel affects only the Finder. It has no effect on FileMaker.

There is Mac shareware called MenuKeys that changes FileMaker keyboard shortcuts. It does not appear to work on Function Keys, nor does the Custom Menu feature in FileMaker Advanced.
