Default iODBC and Filemaker 6.0Dv4 on OSX - Help!?! - 08-08-2003 , 03:20 PM

Hi, deHello, everyone!

Does anyone know if it is possible,
to connect to FMP6 via iODBC by using the "FileMaker 4.0 FileMaker Driver"?

If this is possible, I would also need to know, how to set the Driver up.

So far, I was getting only a lot of "Driver could not be Loaded" messages.

Anyone - Help - I'm losing faith !!!

The database code has been substantially rewritten since FileMaker 4.x

I'd suggest finding a later FileMaker ODBC driver for a start. I
would imagine there is one on the FileMaker 6.0 install disk actually.

thank You for Your suggestion,

but the "FileMaker 4.0 FileMaker Driver" dose not mean a Driver for
FMP4.0 - it is the FMP6.0 driver for the "ODBC Configure 4.0".

And my desire is, to get it working in "iODBC", so I can use it with
RealBasic 5.X .
