Default Instant Web Publishing - 09-15-2005 , 03:26 PM

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help with a problem we are having...

We are using Filemaker 7.0 & Filemaker Server Advanced 7.0 and we created a
webpage using Instant Web Publishing.

We created a button w/ a script to print. For some reason, it will work in
Filemaker, but will not work on the web. Has anyone else had this problem?

Also, when you do a find and view as a list, it will only show 5 records at
a time. Is there a way to change this? We would like to view the full
list.

I am pretty much a beginner using Instant Web Publishing, so any
information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Shannon

In Script Maker you have the checkbox "Indicate web compatibility" in
the bottom left corner. Basically any script step that is grayed out
is ignored by the web, print being one of them.
I heard about the joke of FileMaker only displaying 5 records in a
results list, I believe you could change that maximum somewhere but
don't recall where.

Hi,
There is an update to Instant Publisher that FM has but hasn't told
anyone about. Just give them a call and you will be able view up to 25
records at a time. Noel
