field and the size.
For exemple :
set the font to verdana
set the font to 12

It really depends on what you mean by "automatically" - During text
input? During script Import? Copy paste?
look at the help file for Text Formatting Functions, it will show you
all the functions you have for manipulating text. For the examples
you mentioned, take a look at:
TextFont
TextSize

Well i have the 8.5 version. When i find some informations (text) on
the web i copy the text in my database in a field. But the font is
always different, and the script must change after copy to verdana 10.

Strange... When I set a field to be a specific Font and Size, no
matter what I copy and paste from the Web, it is pasted as the correct
Font & Size that I set the field to be. Even when I copy text that is
a link on the Web, it will paste as the correct text format - font,
size & even color... Of course I am on Windows, and I am not sure
what results a Mac would have.
