Default how to adress printers in filemaker pro 11 (Windows) - 05-06-2010 , 02:09 AM

Hello,

I'm making a FMP11 runtime sollution (Windows 7) for different users
with different kind of printers.
I would like for some scripts to automatically select the default
printer of the concerning user and for other scripts I want filemaker to
select automatically a USB Dymo labelprinter.
I tried with the scriptstep "Print Setup" and with "Print", but I cannot
get it done. The problem is that I dont know in advance which printers
the users of the runtime version are going to use and I dont want a
dialog box to appear each time the user is going to print somting. Is
there a way to solve this problem so that the usere has to set once
which printers he is going to use and that I can refer to these settings
in a script.

Thank you,

MB
