The existing FM inventory.fp5 template db is very close to what will
work for something here, and I know how to modify the value lists &
change labels, etc.

Where I am stuck is with the need to add a 2nd "Cost" & "Date" field,
and be able to get Sub-Totals (on the Cost field) by "Location". I'd
really like to substitute the term "Value" insead of Cost like:

1. Value 1
2. Value 1 Date
3. Value 2
4. Value 2 Date

Then, to get Sub-Totals for both the Value 1 & Value 2 fields BY
"Location" in the Report.
