When you create a new blank layout you get Header, Body and Footer
parts by default.
For existing layouts it's a simple matter of being in Layout mode and
dragging the Part tag from the side toolbar and into whichever part you
have at the top of the current layout. FileMaker will then display a
window where you choose what the new part will be - the available
choices will depend on what you've already got and where you dragged
the Part tag to.
For Headers you've got two choices:
- Title Header
appears only on the first page of the printout
- Header
appears on every page of the printout, except the first page
if you've got a Title Header part as well
For the text it's just a matter of using the Text tool in the Header
part.
