Default GTRR button, portal, IWP - 06-20-2007 , 08:05 AM

i've got a portal in a l.o

it shows records correctly in IWP

a GTRR script is attached to a button placed in the portal

it doesn't work in IWP but does in FMP

the cursor icon turns into a pointing finger over the button in IWP
but nothing happens when I click on it

did I screw up ?

Marmot

1) Verify that you are running the latest version of FM.

2) Make sure nothing is overlapping the button on the layout. Make
sure the button is on top on the layout (bring it to the front.)

3) Test the IWP in multiple browsers - IE6, IE7, Firefox, and
Safari... if it works on some but not others that may give you insight
into the issue.

-cheers,
Dave

that's interesting: works in Safari, not Firefox.

I'll ask my colleague on a Windows machine what he sees in IE6, 7

thanks for the tips
