This maybe silly...

In 1 Layout I have created 6 tab forms
(in scripts they have goto layout, goto portal, etc)
What I wan't todo is when clicking a button on a different layout to goto a
specific tab form??

Is there a goto Tab ??

There is no "go to Tab" command. However, going to a *field* that is on a
particular tab will force the behavior you want.
