I want to create a restricted layout for a certain group of users.

How can I do this without having them be transported to no man's land?

I can't seem to get either Get(LayoutAccess), using if layout access =
0, or turning error capture on and doing an if error = 200, which I'm
not even sure is the appropriate number.

Could someone show me the order using a Go to Layout command script
that will allow all but those who do not have access to go there?
