Hi, I am looking to format numbers using the thousands seperator. ie; 123,321. within formatted text.<<num,ber>>. I can get the number to appear fine by just entering the <<field name>> however it shows up without the thousands separator. Is there a simple way to accomplish this instead of trying to place the field itself in just the right position? TIA, Charlie |

Format a merge field the same way you would format a regular field. In Layout, select the <<merge field>>, then use Format/Number to set the format with separators, decimal places, etc. |
