Default FMP8.5Adv Installer crashes - 05-24-2007 , 03:24 PM

Hi! I'm new to this group and, if I'm not clear enough, I ask for your
tolerance.

I was asked to install this application on 3 brand new iMacs (2 x 24"
2.33 GHz and 1 x 20" 2.16 GHz). The program installed just fine on the
first 2 machines yet refused to install on the third. As a matter of
fact, the installer would start, briefly appear in the dock, and crash
without warning.

Any idea why? I searched the FM website and found no hint. All hardware
and software requirements are met by the machine. (Mac OS X 10.4.9, 3Gb
RAM, >200 Gb free space on disk, etc.). Has anyone had a similar
experience? TIA for any assistance.

Do you have a separate license for each machine?

Hope this helps
