By an unknown manner, my client now has his FMP6 files opened by Acrobat, when double-clicking on their name. He strongly asked me to reverse the situation to what it was, ie make them opened by the FileMaker program (Windows 7 Home Premium). On my PC (Win7), the same files do open with FMP. I tried the "Open with" action to choose FileMaker.exe, but that is disregarded and it comes back to its 'preferred' action, ie Acrobat. Could you help me ? [I risk my reputation...] Thanks a lot. Remi-Noel (in Paris) Are you choosing open with then choose default program and then after selecting FileMaker making sure the checkbox that says "always use the selected program to open this type of file"? |
