Mac, 10.6.3 and 10.5.8, FMP 8, Adobe Acrobat 8.1.6 As is stated here http://snowleopard.wikidot.com/ these do not play nicely together. Although I can and do use the Save as PDF option on Snow Leopard, the resulting PDF is more than 9 MB (14 page report) but if I print-to-pdf the same thing on my 10.5 laptop the file is barely over 1 MB. I have resorted to reprinting my huge files to PDF on the laptop as my only alternative so far. Has anyone found a solution to this? Will an Acrobat upgrade yield anything better? Your experience please. As always, thanks in advance. |

Starting with FM 9 or 10 (don't recall which), the saved PDF files are significantly smaller. Howard |
