So I tried this data separation in FMP 7.

Now I'm in an interface file and I want to go to a related record.

My problem: this script steps takes me to the related record all right,
but in the data file where this record actually is.

I want to end in a layout of a different interface file, though. I see
no way to this: interface file -> no table -> no relation to anything.

Do I have to add a layout to my first interface file and stay there? I
don't like this idea, as I'll end up with one single interface files
with a high number of layouts and scripts. Did I miss something?
