I'm reminded of a support call one of my guys had a long time ago.

Customer: "The disk won't load".

Support: "Send me a copy of it".

Customer : "Will send today".

3 days later, we received a Xerox copy of the aforementioned disk. (back in
the days of 5.25 disks).

SO, Larr, I'll send you a copy as soon as I get to my copy machine.
