The databases you create in FileMaker aren't really apps, they are
documents. They couldn't be sold on Apple's App Store, but the database
documents could be sold on your own website in the same way some people
already sell FileMaker Pro solutions, Pages templates, etc. FileMaker Go
itself has already passed Apple's app requirements.
You cannot of course legally distribute the FileMaker Go app yourself.
