Default Filemaker Pro Server Advanced 10 and Windows 7 (which operating systemto use?) - 03-08-2010 , 09:11 AM

Hello,

I am currrently using Filemaker Pro Server Advanced 10 with windows
Server 2003 Standard.I am considering to renew my server and with it the
operating system.
I am using Instant Web Publishing, but users can also login directly
over the internet when they have filemaker PRO 10 on their computer.
In the specifications of Filemaker, I saw that for windows you need
windows vista professional, windows server 2003 standard or windows
server 2008 standard.
Since I only use this server with filemaker pro server advanced, I was
wondering if I really need windows server xxxx standard.
I am interested to know which operatingsystem is de best and FASTEST.
I was thinking about Windows 7 professional 64-bit, or maybe even MacOS,
but it seems to me that windows would be faster.
Can anybody help me out.

Thank you in advance,

marc
