Sometimes filemaker (pro 11 v4) decides to crash and just close
randomly.
Here below the beginning of the dump generated the last time it
crashed..
Any idea about what it could be? Or where can I ask maybe?
I see that on the web site there is no clear way to report bugs, which
is quite unprofessional imho (or not so easy to find at least).. |
Bugs officially get reported via submission to the online forum at
http://forums.filemaker.com/hives/1e...create?type=52
There is a moderator there who will test your report and file it
appropriately.
However, reporting that something "randomly crashes" doesn't give much
to go on. There's got to be something that it can be narrowed down to.
Does it only crash on one or more particular files? Do you have any
plugins installed? Is it otherwise random but under certain conditions
(i.e. randomly while opening ScriptMaker)? Using ESS? How much space
do you have on the drive that holds your OS Temp/cache folder?
The crash dump you posted won't really mean much to anyone. An
explanation of what you were doing at the time would be more helpful.
