Filemaker 10v3 on Windows XP, FMS10 on Win Server 2003

Filemaker crashes during the open script of a hosted file, but only if a
spefific windows user has logged onto that computer. It doesn't matter
what Filemaker user name is used to open the file.

If a different user logs in on the same machine, everything works.

On a different machine, it's the same thing.

So there seems to be something wrong in a spefic user profile. Any ideas
how to fix this?
