Hi all!

I'm creating an FileMaker Pro image database in FileMaker Pro 8.5. The
image table will live on its own file and there is plenty of space. Are
there any reasons not to keep the images stored in the container field,
rather than stored by reference? I have no way of guaranteeing that
images will not be moved from the original location or that they will
be stored on a server.

Also, are there any real benefits of importing with a plugin (such as
CNS, MediaManager, InsideScan) or just using the FMPro 8.5 image import
functionality.
