Default Display of rotated text blacked out [Windows98 but not Mac] - 12-04-2003 , 04:41 AM

In FMPro6 on Windows98 machine.
In Layout mode a rotated Global text field is blacked out [ie as though
"filled" with black] but displays contents in Browse and Preview and
prints normally.

However, if field is touching another object [line or picture or text
object containing merge fields] then it is blacked out in Browse but
still OK in Preview or printed.

Opening the same file in Mac OS 10.3 shows none of the above display
problems.

Cannot see any reference to this in Help etc. Is it a "feature" of
FMPro6 on Windows?

Make sure the object is "moved to the front" in arrangement

Thanks for reply. I tried that [and have just re-checked] -- it makes no
difference.
