I want to disable the mouse wheel function in my solutions. Not the user be
able to scroll trough the records using the mouse wheel but only my
navigation buttons.



Is it possible?

Set your opening script to hide and lock the status area. Once you do
that, users will no longer be able to use the mouse wheel or keyboard
shortcuts to navigate between records -- only your built-in navigation
buttons.
