Hi, I'm creating a DB and would like to be able to select certain names to print out. Example: We need to create cubical signs from a list that was generated in Excel. I created a DB and imported the names. Now I want to print out only selected names on 8.5x11" stock, 3 per page. These selections would not be consecutive in the DB. How would I go about doing that? Is it possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Create a labels layout using custom measurements, 3 labels per page, 1-wide. Size the label appropriately according to the font you're using. Matt |
