Copy files from a list

Hi Guys,
A Quickie question. Would appreciate an early answer.

Scenario: I have a folder with 1000s of files. I have a list of say 100
files. I need to copy only these files into another folder.
In short need the opposite of xcopy/exclude.

Environment: Windows XP/2003 server

Is there a quick way to do this? Please help.

This doesn't look like it has anything to do with FileMaker, unless
you're asking about a plugin like Troi File.

Am I missing something?
