Converting to Excel

Can records in Filemaker Pro 5 on an Win XP be exported or converted into
Excel speadsheet? We have shipping records in Filemaker that need to be
emailed.

Worst case scenario: export file in Filemaker as .txt
Import txt-file in Excel
