Communication with wireless handy barcode scanner -

Hello,
I have written a application in FMP 10 that uses a barcode scanner connected
to the USB port. The field has a script trigger to it so every time I scan
something a script starts running and I can automatically scan the next
product. In some cases it scans products for which the application asks to
enter some extra information (for example the barcode of apples, after which
I have to enter the weight of the apples). This works fine.
My question is about the scanner. I'm looking for a wireless scanner that I
can use to scan products without it being connected to the computer (could
be in another room, so a wireless connection to the computer is no option)
and after I re-connect the scanner to the computer (preferbly by USB) I
could run a script to compute the data. Up to here, no problem but... Is
there a wireless barcode scanner out there in which I can upload my
barcode-list and in which I identify the barcodes for which I have to enter
the weight (on a litle keyboard on this scanner). By doing this I could scan
all products one after the other and for some I enter some extra data. By
re-connection this scanner to the computer I could run a script to compute
the data.
Thanks in advance,
