I want to access a fp7 database in Delphi. Therefor I need ODBC.
After installing the ODBC driver as told in the pdf, I opened control
panel, datasources (ODBC) and clicked Add on the tabblad System DSN.

Unfortunatly there is no DataDirect 32 bit Sequelink 5.4. I've tried
2 things (suggestions from the internet):
a. Install the driver twice. No luck
b. tried to remove the value of 'default' in
HKLM\software\odbc\odbcInst.ini. But no luck : unable to delete all
specified values. Restart.... nothing happens.

But there is a value 'Datadirect 32bit sequelink 5.4' in
HKLM\....\odbcInst.ini.

Any idea what to do?
