Hi everybody: I have a problem with some databases that can't be accessed by one customer through the web. |

If they can be accessed by everyone else, then the problem is at the customer's end. DNS, badly configured machine, badly configured black list on their web services, their ISP has blocked your FileMaker web server etc etc Webko |

I can't understand why they can't access the database under the new port number - they were just fine when the port was 80. Any test that can be done on their side - as apparently there is no way no use the port 80 on ours? |
