Default Can FileMaker CONSUME web services? - 12-05-2006 , 02:54 PM

It seems pretty clear that FileMaker Server can use web services to
export data to remote systems, and at some point, I may wish to do
that.

But what I need to do is import data from a remote site using a web
service protocol. Can FileMaker (any version) consume web services?

If FileMaker can act as a web services client, I'd be very grateful for
some leads to documentation.

I have found indications that some FM::NEXUS plugin can do what I need
except for the fact that it requires WDDI, which the particular service
we need to consume does not have. Plus, I can find nothing about it
from the FM:NEXUS website.

Thanks for the help!
